Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you can return your unopened and unused gear for a full refund, minus the shipping fee.

  • PLC Sports Travel does not accept returns on used or opened products.

  • You must fill out the form below before returning your product.
     

Upon return request approval, you will receive a shipping label which will cover the cost of returning the product back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds for the original shipping and delivery costs.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days. Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. After that, it takes 1-2 days to make the refund to your payment account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.



EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, you’ll need to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on orders over $150! For orders under $150, standard shipping rates apply. All orders are processed as quickly as possible so you can get back on the court.
International Shipping Is Currently Unavailable 
All orders are shipped directly from the Poach warehouse facility.
